Privacy Policy

Abdul's Vehicle Tracking ("we", "us", "the Service") is a vehicle-tracking service operated by ABSU Mobilities, a sole proprietorship (proprietor: Sumaiya Fatima) based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, available at www.abdulsvehicletracking.in. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the choices you have. Because the Service processes location data, we treat privacy as a core obligation.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is ABSU Mobilities (proprietor: Sumaiya Fatima), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. For any privacy request or question, contact support@abdulsvehicletracking.in.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data or location history to third parties.

4. Encryption & security

Sensitive tenant data is encrypted in your browser before it reaches our servers, using keys derived from your password and a one-time recovery code that only you hold. We cannot read that data or reset your password for you. All traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS. Device tokens are stored only as hashes, and passwords are stored using a strong one-way hash.

5. Location data and minors

Location tracking can involve vehicles used by or for minors (for example, school transport). If you track such vehicles, you confirm you have the legal authority and consent to do so. We minimise collection to what is needed to provide the Service and apply the retention controls below.

6. Data sharing

7. Data retention

Account and vehicle records are retained while your account is active. Location history may be retained up to the per-vehicle retention period you configure, or until you delete it. You can clear breadcrumbs from the dashboard at any time, and we delete account data on verified request.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent by closing your account. To exercise any right, email support@abdulsvehicletracking.in. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by Indian law.

9. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage and session storage to keep you signed in and to queue location updates while offline. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
