Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 13 June 2026
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions to Abdul's Vehicle Tracking, operated by ABSU Mobilities, a sole proprietorship (proprietor: Sumaiya Fatima), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It applies to all paid plans (currently ₹199, ₹399, and ₹2999) purchased through our payment provider, Razorpay.
1. Subscriptions and activation
Subscriptions are prepaid. Access activates immediately once your payment is confirmed, and remains active for the full paid period (for example, the month or term you purchased).
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard or by emailing us.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- After cancellation you will not be charged again unless you start a new subscription.
3. Refunds
Because the Service is a digital subscription that is available to you immediately on activation, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a paid period.
We will, however, consider a refund in these cases:
- Duplicate or accidental charge: if you were charged more than once for the same period, we refund the extra charge.
- Failed provisioning: if payment succeeded but your subscription was not activated and we cannot resolve it, we refund that payment.
- Required by law: where a refund is mandated by applicable Indian consumer law.
4. How to request
Email support@abdulsvehicletracking.in from your account email with your payment reference. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days after approval, subject to your bank's processing time.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
