Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Abdul's Vehicle Tracking (the "Service") at www.abdulsvehicletracking.in, operated by ABSU Mobilities, a sole proprietorship (proprietor: Sumaiya Fatima), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides a vehicle-tracking dashboard for small fleets, including live location, trip history, geofencing, maintenance and expense records, and shareable tracking links. Tracking requires a device, phone, or browser that you operate to send location data to the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password and recovery code secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Your data is encrypted with keys only you hold; if you lose both your password and recovery code, we cannot recover your data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Track any person or vehicle without the legal right and consent to do so.
• Use the Service for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or stalking.
• Attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to tracking the vehicles and people you monitor, including consent and labour/transport regulations.

4. Subscriptions & payment

• Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Razorpay). Current plans start at ₹199, ₹399, and ₹2999.
• Subscriptions activate immediately on successful payment and grant access for the paid period.
• Renewals and cancellations are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect an already-paid period.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Location accuracy depends on the GPS hardware, network coverage, and device you use, which are outside our control.

6. Data & privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how location and account data is handled.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from inaccurate GPS data or device/network failures.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
