Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how account and data deletion works for the AB & SU Smart Head Unit Android app (package in.abdulsvehicletracking.absuheadunit) and for the Abdul's Vehicle Tracking web service, both operated by ABSU Mobilities (proprietor: Sumaiya Fatima), Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

1. AB & SU Smart Head Unit app — no account exists

The AB & SU Smart Head Unit app does not create or require a user account. There is no sign-up, no login, and no profile stored on our servers.

• Your ride data — photos, videos, voice notes, saved pins, settings, and trip history — is stored on your device only.
• To delete it, uninstall the app or clear the app's storage from Android Settings → Apps → AB & SU Smart Head Unit → Storage → Clear data. Media the app exported to your phone's shared Gallery (Pictures/Movies/Music folders) remains yours and can be deleted with any gallery or file manager app.
• Map, routing, nearby-search, and weather requests you trigger are handled by the map service providers listed in our Privacy Policy and are not tied to any account with us.

2. Optional vehicle registration (cloud tracking)

If you registered a vehicle with the cloud tracking service (a paid feature that pairs a device to this website — not included in the standard Play Store app), our servers hold that vehicle's registration and its reported locations. To delete them, email support@abdulsvehicletracking.in from the email you used to register, with your vehicle or license reference. We will remove the vehicle, its device pairing, and its location history.

3. Abdul's Vehicle Tracking web accounts

To delete a web-service owner account, email support@abdulsvehicletracking.in from the account's registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". After verification we delete:

• the account and its login credentials,
• all vehicles, device pairings, and location history,
• alerts, saved places, trips, and share links,
• family messages, lists, and uploaded media.

What we retain: payment and invoice records required by Indian tax and accounting law are kept for the statutory retention period even after account deletion; they are not used for any other purpose. See the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation pages for details.

We confirm verified deletion requests and complete them within 30 days.

4. Contact
