This page lists the open-source software and data used by the AB & SU Smart Head Unit Android app (package in.abdulsvehicletracking.absuheadunit) and this website, both operated by ABSU Mobilities (proprietor: Sumaiya Fatima), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The application's own source code is proprietary — © ABSU Mobilities, all rights reserved — and is built on the excellent open-source components below.

1. Qt framework (LGPLv3)

The AB & SU Smart Head Unit app is built with the Qt framework (Qt 6 — the 6.12 series at the time of writing), used under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3 (LGPLv3), which incorporates the GNU GPL version 3 with additional permissions. Qt is © The Qt Company Ltd. and other contributors.

• Dynamic linking. The app links the Qt libraries dynamically: they ship inside the Android package as separate libQt6*.so shared libraries and are not statically combined with the application code.
• Corresponding source. The complete source code of the Qt libraries is publicly available from the official repositories at code.qt.io and from download.qt.io. In addition, we will provide the complete corresponding source code of the exact Qt libraries shipped with any released version of the app, free of charge, to anyone who requests it: email support@abdulsvehicletracking.in with the app version shown in Settings → Device → About. This offer is valid for at least three years from the release of each app version.
• Right to relink. Because the Qt libraries are dynamically linked, you may replace them with your own modified versions: unpack the Android package, substitute the libQt6*.so files with binary-compatible replacements, re-sign the package with your own key, and sideload it onto your own device. Instructions are available from support on request.
• License text. Copies of the LGPLv3 and GPLv3 license texts are available at the links above and are included with the Qt source distribution.

2. MapLibre (BSD 2-Clause)

The in-app vector map is rendered with MapLibre Native and its Qt bindings (maplibre-native-qt), © MapLibre contributors, used under the BSD 2-Clause license.

3. Inter typeface (SIL OFL 1.1)

The app bundles the Inter typeface, © The Inter Project Authors, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

4. Map data and online services

• Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). Offline map extracts are provided by Geofabrik.
• Basemap tiles © CARTO.
• Routing, geocoding, and nearby-place search use community services of the OpenStreetMap ecosystem (OSRM, Nominatim, Overpass API) under their respective usage policies.
• Weather data by Open-Meteo (CC BY 4.0).
